Yesterday was Stampin’ Up!’s OnStage 30th Birthday Celebration and it was amazing! I attended my local event in Auckland along with a couple of hundred other demonstrators.
We enjoyed a lovely meal, some training and inside information about the following day. We also received a lovely stamp set and bone folder as a gift. It was a wonderful night.
Then the main event was on Saturday. OnStage is a demonstrator only event and I was helping in the morning with check-in. It was fun to be able to greet people as they arrived and I was giving out the logo wear that had been purchased at registration.
The tables were decorated with these black and white photos to enhance the 30th Year theme. Each table had a display along with a placemat for each person and plenty of confetti. The clear box in the first photo contained the tools we needed to create our Make’n’Takes. Yes, we craft at these events, we made 4 cards. I’ll show you those in another post, what a tease!
My upline and Aunt, Barbara achieved #2 Overall and #5 Leadership in New Zealand for the past year! An awesome achievement and this is her walk across the stage, very special as she has recently had her 10 year anniversary with Stampin’ Up!
I too had a walk across the stage for my promotion to Silver Elite. I was worried about being the only one but once I was up there I had fun and enjoyed the moment.
Prizes and Gifts
We have been thou roughly spoilt today, we received a lovely 30th Birthday bag in a gift box on arrival along with a new stamp set. We were given the new Occasions Catalogue and Sale-A-Bration Catalogue and we can pre-order from them now. Then throughout the day there were more prizes given and all attendee giveaways. So many lovely bags, pens, notebooks and stamp sets. Then after we had crafted we could all select things in turn from the clear box, stamp sets, ink, embellishments, punches!!
Once the event was finished 10 of us from our team went to a lovely Italian restaurant for dinner. It’s a lovely way to finish off an amazing day and just extend the fun for a couple more hours.
