CRISS-CROSS BOOKMARK CARD

I’m pleased to share this month’s tutorial project, Criss-Cross Bookmark Card. I wanted to use the Ranunculus Romance stamp set for my project and when I saw Kristine McNickle’s criss-cross bookmark card I knew it would be perfect!

The criss-cross front is easy to create and is the perfect tuck point for the bookmark or a voucher.

The background layer was created using embossing paste with the Butterflies & Flowers Layering Decorative Masks available in the Jan-Jun 22 Mini Catalogue. Along with stamping and sponging. This idea along with the focal point was from Ann Alexander.

I managed to merge the other ideas with my own to create a card that’s got a bit of wow, lots of detail and is very pretty.
