There are a few sheets of the Blackberry Beauty designer series paper that bring to mind Halloween. I’ve used 2 of them here in my project for the Crafty Collaborations Halloween tutorial bundle. The blackberry owl Halloween card conjures up the dark and spooky with a bit of fantasy.
BASIC BORDERS DIES
A feature of the card is the border made with the Basic Border Dies. The dies feature 6 different shaped borders. Here I’ve used the zig zag border with stitching to create an interesting 2 layered feature down the side.
I chose the pattern of Blackberry Beauty designer series paper that looks like little sticks reminds me of creepy woods or a little like brains, ew!
Anyway it contrasted well with the Blackberry Bliss wreath and bats. The owl was fussy cut from another paper in the pack.
