The conversation bubbles bundle is getting a lot of attention. People are loving it in class and ordering it for themselves and I’ve used it again for an 18th birthday card.

DESIGN DETAILS
Firstly I was inspired to use the negative after die cutting as a stencil like Brenda Nelson from Canada. Her scrapbook page uses this technique which I translated to my card. I used Petal Pink ink and a blending brush to create the shapes.
For the hearts inside the shapes I used Rainbow of Happiness stamp set (Retired). The number 18 was die cut using the Playful Alphabet dies (retired).
Secondly I stamped out a variety of the words from Conversation Bubbles and used the various coordinating dies with them. I really love layering up the different words to bring the card to life. The dies also have little hearts and stars which are perfect little accents.
Finally, the Gold sequins are from Pastel Adhesive Backed Sequins from the Jan – April 2023 Mini Catalogue.
CO-ORDINATING GIFT WRAP AND CARD
Equally important to me, the colours were chosen to match the gift wrap I used on the present. Therefore I chose Calypso Coral, Petal Pink and Coastal Cabana inks, cardstock and a designer paper from Dandy Designs 12″ x 12″.
